Team members and volunteers attended the annual Brighton Indian soldiers' memorial service at the Chhatri and laid a wreath.
The event run by volunteers, including Davinder Dhillon, commemorates those Indian soldiers who died of their wounds at Brighton and also all WW1 British Indian Army servicemen.
The UKPHA team interacted with partners such as the Army, the Chattri Memorial Group, and descendants of General Sir James Willcocks, Commander-in-Chief of the Indian Army on the Western Front, and descendants of Manta Singh, who died in Brighton after saving his British officer's life.
