On behalf of the Heritage Lottery Fund, UKPHA curated a special evening focusing on stories of the Indian subcontinent and World War One.

Christy Campbell spoke about the first Sikh fighter pilot Hardit Singh Malik, and speakers from other WWI projects, including the National Army Museum, Tara Arts and HMDT Music, discussed their varied and exciting work, highlighting the non-white contribution to the war.
