EFW volunteers joined the BBC World War One at Home roadshow at the Great Get Together Festival and Armed Forces Day for two hectic days of awareness-raising with the public and schools trips.

The team showed off our original handling objects, such as a Sikh soldiers WW1 medals, and our interactive game for kids using a replica Sikh soldier's kitbag, and had a huge, positive response.
